ATTENTION: The legacy plan has been discontinued. Users who are currently on the legacy plan will continue to have access until the end of their existing billing period. Starting from the next billing cycle, users will need to switch to the current latest subscription plan, available in both monthly and yearly options, according to their requirements.

Q1. Do I have a legacy plan?
Ans. If you have purchased the plan before the 19th of June 2023, then you are considered to have a legacy plan.
Q2. Do I need to update my legacy plan soon?
Ans. You can continue your subscription for the legacy plan till the time you change the subscription or pause it or cancel it.
Q3. Can I upgrade my legacy plan to another legacy plan?
Ans. No, any subscription change will be then further continued in new plans.
Q4. Does my legacy plan subscription expire if I don’t upgrade it to the current plan?
Ans. No, until you change or cancel your subscription you will be continuing in the legacy plan itself.
Q5. What if I pause my legacy plan?
Ans. If you pause your legacy plan, then you can not go back to using your legacy plan, after that your plan will be converted to a new pricing plan.

General Frequently Asked Questions:
Q1. Can I create my own custom business plan template?
Ans. Yes! Our system will allow you to design your own customized business plan templates. You can tailor a template to your specific needs and share it with others, enabling them to leverage your template to create their own detailed business plans. Please note, this feature is exclusively available with the Professional plan.
Q2. Can I change or cancel my plan?
Ans. Yes, you can change your plan anytime, and you can cancel the plan too when you feel like it.
Q3. How can I purchase add-ons?
Ans: You can purchase, manage, or cancel the add-ons from the subscription page itself.
Q4. What happens to add-ons if I cancel them?
Ans. If you cancel the add-on from the mid-term of your add-on’s duration, then the remaining money will be given to you as credit, which will get deducted during the next renewal.
For example, if you purchase an add-on of $7, and cancel it after using it for 15 days, then $3.5 will be credited to your app account for the next renewal.
Q5. How long can I use the add-ons if I have a monthly plan?
Ans. You can use the add-on for the entire month, and if you choose to purchase it mid-way through the month, then the money will be deducted accordingly. The next add-on renewal will be with the main plan only.
For example, if you purchase the add-on on the 20th day of your month plan, then the add-on money will be only deducted for the remaining 10 days of the month.
