How to purchase a White Label?
Upmetrics offers the White Label feature as an add-on, which can be directly purchased from the Subscription section of your Upmetrics account.

Login to your Upmetrics account and navigate to the ' Subscription' section.

Within the subscription section Look for the 'Buy White Label' option under the Addons section and click on it.
By clicking on it, a popup will display. Simply click on the 'Add Addon' button to proceed with your purchase.

Once the White Label Addon is added, the system will calculate the amount based on your current subscription plan. After that, click on the 'Confirm Changes' button.

You will be redirected to the payment page. Enter your required payment details and complete the buying process.
After completing the payment, you can have the 'White Label' option in the 'My Account' sidebar to start customization.
White Label Configuration
After successfully purchasing the White Label add-on from Upmetrics, you can begin customizing the platform to reflect your brand's identity.
You can access the White Label configuration from the sidebar section by clicking on the White Label option.
Enter Your Company Details:
- Company Name: Enter the name of your company as you want it displayed across the platform. This name will be visible on login screens, in email communications, and in other user interface elements that are part of the Upmetrics platform.
i.e. Company Name: TitansBiz
- Partner Key: Set a unique partner key. This is a critical setting because it customizes the URL used by your clients to access your branded platform.
i.e. Partner Key: titansbiz89
- Preview URLs: Upon configuring your Partner Keys, you will receive customized URLs, as shown in the preview URLs section. These URLs are where your clients will sign up or log in, viewing your customized branding. You can test these links to see how your branding appears on the actual login and signup pages.
WARNING: partner key can be configured only once and should only contain alphabets, numbers, and hyphens.
Upload Your Branding:
- Icon Logo: Upload a smaller icon that represents your brand, which will appear in menu bars or smaller displays.
- Full Logo (with name): Upload your full company logo. This will be more prominently displayed, for example, on login screens and headers.
- Website: Provide the URL for your company’s website. This link will be used within the platform or in communications to direct users back to your main website for more information or further actions.
Preview and Save:
- Save Configurations: After ensuring all details are correctly filled and previews are as expected, click 'Save Config.' This will apply your branding across the platform.
