The AI Writing Assistant is your built-in content refinement partner. Whether you’re drafting a business plan or polishing key sections, simply click on the Write with AI option within your business plan text section.
Here, the assistant offers two intuitive modes: Quick Action and Custom Action.
Choose your preferred option and use the AI assistant accordingly to enhance, rewrite, or refine your content with ease.
1. Quick Action:
When you click on Select Quick Action, a pre-defined list of intelligent suggestions appears. These are grouped into three categories:
A. General Options:
These tools focus on improving the clarity, structure, and readability of your text:
- Summarize: Compress a long paragraph into a brief, clear summary. Ideal for executive summaries or elevator pitches.
- Rephrase/Paraphrase: Rewrite the sentence or paragraph without changing its core meaning. Useful for saying the same thing in a fresh way.
- Rewrite for Simplicity: Makes complex or technical text easier to read and understand, especially for broader audiences.
- Explain in Detail: Expands the text with more context, helpful for making vague or high-level points more comprehensive.
- Correct Grammar and Spelling: Automatically correct spelling, grammar, and syntax errors to make your writing more polished.

The Custom Action option gives you full control. If you have something specific in mind, the Custom Action lets you directly type instructions to the AI.
Here, you can type any prompt directly into the text box to guide the AI.
