How to Archive and Restore Workspace?

With Upmetrics, every user receives one workspace by default with their subscription. However, there's no limit to the number of workspaces you can create, offering vast flexibility for organizing different projects or business ideas.

For those workspaces not in current use but potentially useful in the future, the Archive feature comes in handy. It allows you to make space for new workspaces while preserving access to archived ones for later use.

It's important to remember that within the standard subscription, only one workspace can remain active at a time. Archiving one workspace enables the addition of a new one, keeping your workflow seamless and organized. When you're ready to shift focus, easily restore any archived workspace to active status and archive the others, ensuring your workspaces align with your current priorities.

For users needing simultaneous access to multiple workspaces, Upmetrics provides a solution with its add-on feature:  This flexibility ensures that Upmetrics can accommodate your project's unique demands, growing alongside your business planning needs.

NOTE: When you archive a workspace in Upmetrics, it conveniently makes space for a new one without any additional cost, and you can still access your archived workspaces anytime. Even as your archived workspaces are stored and accessible, they won't add to your bill.

Steps to Archive Workspace:

1
Navigate to the workspace you wish to archive, and locate the "Archive Workspace" option within the workspace settings. Click on this option to initiate the archiving process.
2
A confirmation popup will appear. To proceed with archiving the workspace, click on the "Yes, Archive" button.

3
After confirming, your workspace will be successfully archived and automatically moved to the "Archived Workspaces" section. You're now free to add a new workspace as your current active project.

Steps to Restore Archived Workspace:

1
Once logged in to your Upmetrics account, navigate to the “Workspaces” section accessible from the sidebar.
