How to archive and restore workspace?

Every user receives one workspace by default with their subscription (based on plan). However, there's no limit to the number of workspaces (business plans) you can create within your subscription.

You can create  multiple or even unlimited workspaces under your subscription. While only one workspace can be active at a time, you can continue building new ones by archiving the ones you're not currently working on. For workspaces you’re not actively using but might need later, the Archive feature allows you to preserve access to them and make room for creating a new one, without any additional cost.

Archiving one workspace enables the activation of another, keeping your workflow organized and focused. When you're ready to shift focus, simply restore an archived workspace and archive the currently active one to stay aligned with your priorities.

However, if you need more than one workspace to be active at the same time, we offer an Add-ons feature that unlocks simultaneous multi-workspace access. This flexibility is ideal for users managing multiple ventures or client projects at once.
