How to Publish Your Strategic Planning Model?

Publishing your strategic planning model makes it visible and accessible to your team or stakeholders, so everyone stays aligned on your strategy and goals. This feature allows you to lock in your finalized plan, share it easily, and ensure everyone works from the same version without accidental edits.

Publishing is useful when you’ve completed your planning and want to present a polished, read-only version for discussion, execution, or review.

This help guide will walk you through the steps to publish your strategic planning model.

Steps:

1

Navigate to the workspace menu and click on the Strategic Planning module to open it.

2

The system will display all your strategic models. Locate the one you want to publish and click to open it.

3

Inside your selected model, find the Publish option in the top menu and click on it.

4

In the publish settings, select your preferred sharing option — Disable, Publicly Available, or Access By Email.

  • Disable: If you wish to keep your pitch deck private or temporarily restrict access, you can disable the sharing links.
  • Publicly Available: This option allows anyone with the link to view your pitch deck without any restrictions, making it ideal for broad sharing.
  • Access By Email: For added security, you can require viewers to provide their email addresses before accessing your pitch deck. This option gives you more control over who views your presentation and can be used to track interest.

5

Copy the unique link provided and share it with your team, advisors, or anyone who needs access, based on your chosen setting.

6

Once you publish your model, it will look like this for anyone who accesses the link.

Publishing your strategic planning model ensures that everyone stays on the same page. With just a few clicks, you can securely share your strategy and invite valuable feedback. Follow these steps to publish your model and start collaborating with confidence.
