Downloading your plan while your account is on hold

If your Upmetrics account subscription is currently on hold or paused, you can still access and download your workspace data. Whether it’s your business plan, pitch deck, or strategic canvas, you can retrieve a copy for the active workspace in your account without any restrictions.

However, please note that while you can download your plan, editing and making further changes to it will not be available until your subscription is reactivated.

Once your account is on hold, navigate to the desired workspace and click on Workspace Settings.

Within Workspace Settings, locate the Downloads section and click on it.

Here under the All Downloads section, you'll see options for Pitch, Business Plan, and Canvas. Select the relevant section based on what you need to download.

i.e., Let's choose the Business Plan section. it will show the download history, including the date, month, and time.

Click on the download arrow icon next to the plan you wish to download.

If you download your plan as a PDF, the System will first display it in your browser.

NOTE: Ensure you have previously downloaded your business plan in PDF or Word format; only then will you be able to access it from the download section.

By following these steps, you can easily download your business plan even when your account is on hold. Make sure to save a copy for future reference.
