How to configure custom domain for White label?
When using Upmetrics for white labeling, setting up a custom domain enhances your brand's presence by allowing you to use your own branded URL. This feature not only strengthens your brand identity but also provides a seamless experience for your users under your own domain.
Once you've successfully completed the App Configuration, you're ready to move on to the next step: configuring your Custom domain and Partner key.
This guide will take you through the necessary steps to easily configure your custom domain and partner key, helping you maintain brand consistency across your tools.

Configure your Custom domain:

Start by adding the CNAME record provided by Upmetrics ( e.g., app.upmetrics.co) to your domain’s DNS settings. This is done through your domain registrars, such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Hostinger.

After updating your DNS settings, log in to your Upmetrics account and go to the White Label settings. Click on the Domain config within the sidebar to proceed with the domain setup.
In the domain configuration area, input your custom domain name in the field provided and click on the Save Domain option. This directs your custom domain to point toward the Upmetrics platform.

After entering your custom domain, there may be a waiting period for DNS changes to publish, which can take up to 24 to 72 hours. During this time, the domain status may show as PENDING.
You can check the status of your custom domain activation by selecting the Check Status option in the domain configuration section. - 4

Once everything is set up correctly, the status will automatically change to ACTIVE.
For any changes to your custom domain, simply click the Remove button located next to the domain name to make necessary updates to your domain settings.
Configure your Partner key:
To configure the Partner Key settings for your Upmetrics white-label solution, follow these steps:

First, enter an original partner key on the given field. This key will uniquely identify your brand on the platform, influencing the URLs your clients will use to access your branded services.

After inputting your partner key, the system will generate customized URLs. These URLs will be displayed in the preview section as below,

Save your partner key settings by clicking the Save Partner Key button to ensure all modifications are applied.

If you need to update or change the partner key at any point, simply click the Remove button next to the current key.
This allows you to delete the existing key and input a new one to better reflect any updates to your brand or strategy.
Now that you have completed the white label configuration settings, you are ready to share your custom domain with your users.
With the activation of your custom domain with Upmetrics has been completed successfully, reflecting your brand’s identity directly through your platform.
