Steps to activate 2FA:

Log into your account. Here click the profile icon in the top right corner and look for the Account Settings options.

Within Account Settings, find the option labeled Enable 2FA and click on it.

Upon selecting Enable 2FA, a popup window will display a QR code. This QR code is unique to your account and will be used to link your account with the authentication app.
Download an Authenticator App on your Phone

Once the Application is downloaded on your phone, Open the Authenticator app on your Phone. Use the app to scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen within the 2FA setup page.
This step integrates your account with the app, ensuring it can generate login verification codes.

Enter the 6-digit code provided by the Phone's Authenticator app into the specified field on the Upmetrics 2FA setup page.
After entering the code, click on Activate 2FA. This action will finalize the activation of two-factor authentication, adding an extra layer of security to your account.

To test if 2FA is working, log out of your account and attempt to log back in.
On the login screen, after entering your username and password, you will now be prompted to enter a 6-digit Authenticator code.
Open your Authenticator app on your phone and add the 2FA code to access to your account, confirming that 2FA is now properly set up and operational.
Troubleshooting Your 2FA Setup:
If you encounter issues accessing your authenticator app, lose your 2FA QR code, or can't find your 2FA code during login, don't worry. You can also receive your verification code via email.
Simply click on click here to have a 6-digit code sent to your email.
Once you receive it, enter this code on the login page to gain access.
