Steps to Close/ Delete Upmetrics Account:

Start by logging into your Upmetrics account. Once logged in, navigate to the profile icon usually located at the top right corner of the screen.

Click on this icon and select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.

Inside the Account Settings, you will find the "Close Account" option. Click on this to start the process.

A pop-up will appear asking you to select a reason for closing your account. Select the applicable reason from the list provided to proceed.

After selecting a reason, you will be prompted to enter the current password of your account for security purposes.

Enter your password and click on "Close Account". This action will permanently deactivate your account, so make sure you are ready to proceed.

NOTE: Be aware that closing your Upmetrics account will immediately terminate any active paid subscriptions, and refunds for unused time will not be issued.

Before finalizing the closure of your account, ensure that you have backed up or transferred any valuable data you may need in the future. Once your account is closed, you may not be able to access this information.
