Canceling your account subscription
Deciding to cancel your account subscription might come after much thought, whether it's due to a completed project, a shift in business strategy, or simply because you're exploring different options. Whatever the reason, We aim to make the process as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.

NOTE: After canceling your account, be aware that refunds for the unused portion of your current paid period aren't available, your data may not be retained, and reactivating your account later might not be possible.
Steps to cancel your subscription:

Log in to your account. Once in, navigate to the subscription section.

On the subscription page, look for and select the option to Cancel Subscription.

After clicking Cancel Subscription, a pop-up will appear asking you to choose a reason for your cancellation.
Select the reason that best fits your situation.

Following your reason selection, a confirmation pop-up will emerge.
Click on Yes, Cancel Subscription to finalize the cancellation of your subscription.
NOTE: To cancel your Upmetrics subscription, you can also contact our support team directly via [email protected].
NOTE: Once you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After which it will be deactivated automatically.
