Steps to Publish Custom Business Plan Template:

Open the "Templates" section from left hand side bar. Click on New Template option.

By clicking on New template, a popup will appear. Select the company you want to publish as template. Fill in the required details,

Template Name: It is necessary to add a Template name; This field is mandatory as it helps in identifying and managing the template within the system.

Category: Select the template category you want to publish the template into.

Template Image: Optionally, you can upload an image that represents your template. Click on the upload area to select and add an image from your device.

Published By: Enter the relevant name of the individual or team responsible for the template.

Draft: To save the template as Draft before publishing it, enable this option.

Click on "Save Changes" to make it accessible for your invited Account Member.

To publish the template from draft, click on three dots and select Mark As Live option. Same way to delete the template select Remove From Templates option.

From the Members section, easily invite team members by email to collaborate in your company and share access to your template. By clicking on Invite New Member you can invite your team members by adding an email.

Once you have published the template, find it listed under Templates section, From where invited account members can access it.
