Changing your login email address

The email address associated with your Upmetrics user profile comes from one of two places:

  • The email address you used when you signed up for Upmetrics.
  • The email address an account owner used to invite you to collaborate on his or her plan.

You can change the email address associated with your profile at any time.

Changing your profile email address in Upmetrics also changes your email address for login. When you do this, Upmetrics will send verification email on your new email account.  

Note: Be sure to enter a valid email address, because Upmetrics won't send email to unrecognizable email addresses, and it won't warn you if you've entered an invalid email address.

To change your email address:


Go to the Accounts & Settings page from user menu.


On Account & settings page scroll down to see Change Email Address section, There you can enter your new email address and your current password to verify the change. By clicking on Change Email system will send a verification email to your new email address. Open your inbox and verify your new email address.


T verify your new email address, Click on Verify your new email address button in your email. After successful email verification, go to your account & settings page there you will see your new email address status verified. Please not this process will remove your old email id. you will no longer access your account using your previous email address.

Changing your login password

You can also change your Upmetrics user password from within the app at any time. The password is associated with your user account. This way, if you have access to single account and if you are an owner on one workspace and a contributor on another workspace, you’ll see all of those workspaces listed when you log in using this password.

Note: We do not have access to any passwords for security reasons. If you have forgotten your password, the best option is to re-set it.

To change your password:


Go to the Accounts & Settings page from user menu.


On Account & settings page, Enter a new password, and then type it again to confirm it. Finally, enter your current password to verify the change:
