Canceling your Upmetrics account subscription

When you cancel your Upmetrics account from within the app, you'll have access to your workspaces, and data for the rest of the current paid period. After that, Upmetrics will try to retain your data for the next seven days, but can't make guarantees for long periods of time. If you think you may want to access your Upmetrics workspaces in the future, we recommend please reactivate your account before it would cancel by the system.

Tip: Please note, After canceling your account you can not claim a refund for the rest of the current paid period.

To Cancelling an active account:

Go to the subscription page by clicking subscription in the sidebar navigation.

Click on  cancel button and confirm your cancellation to cancel your subscription. After canceling your subscription, Your account will be put on Scheduled Cancellation mode.
While having this  In scheduled  In cancellation mode, you can still access your workspaces for the rest of the current paid period. Don't worry your all data are safe with us and you can reactivate a service within 7 days. However, reactivation will charge you from the day you are reactivating it.

    We offer both monthly and annual subscriptions so you can choose your savings. The monthly option offers a lower up-front payment, and the annual option saves you 40% when you pay for the year. Keep in mind, too, that you can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. There’s never a contract or minimum commitment.
